The 67m2 apartment in a modern block of flats in London has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and open plan kitchen/living room. A small utility room only housed a washing machine and a gas boiler, and there was no room for a wardrobe in the hall. Thanks to reducing the size of the main bathroom, it was possible to create a built-in wardrobe. Renovation of both bathrooms was also required, as well as an increase in the number of cabinets in the kitchen. The apartment was renovated and furnished for sale.
