This split-level apartment with a floor area of 44 m2 is located in the heart of the Jewish quarter - Kazimierz district. It has an open plan living arrangement, hallway and a bathroom downstairs and a large bedroom with a relaxation area and plenty of built-in storage upstairs. The apartment required changes to the layout, to provide a comfortable property while maximising the space, as it used to feel completely out of proportion and consisted of a huge bathroom with close to no living space at the entrance level. This full refurbishment required partition wall demolition, building new walls with acoustic insulation, new plumbing and electrics, installation of heating and air conditioning. It boasts a made to measure beautiful stair as well as built-in wardrobes and kitchen created by our joiners. The apartment has been fully furnished to provide a functional, yet very warm and cosy feel.
