Renovation works at Sołtyka Street were only partially completed by the previous contractors. The apartment required a comprehensive design, a new kitchen with grouting to the floor and an idea for a dining table while maintaining a historic stove. The parquet flooring in the rooms and the lobby needed renovation and the doors had to be refurbished. The living room was created in a loft style, complementing the brick wall and using the Singer sewing machine as the desk by mounting a new tabletop, and the bedroom was given a subdued atmosphere. All spaces were arranged, furnished and prepared for rent.
