This apartment with an area of 41 m2 is located in the heart of Salwator district in a tenement house from 1909. It has an open plan living arrangement, separate bedroom, generous hallway and a bathroom. The apartment required a complete change in the layout arrangement, to provide a comfortable property while maximising the space at the same time, as it used to consist of a through room and a kitchen at the entrance. This full refurbishment consisted of some wall demolition, building new walls with acoustic insulation, new plumbing and electrics, installation of underfloor heating, air conditioning and electric fire place as well as made to measure furniture beautifully crafted by our trusted joiner. The apartment has been fully furnished in an elegant style to match its setting and high ceilings yet the place has a very warm and cosy feel.
