The 35m2 apartment in an old block of flats had a dark separate kitchen, small bathroom, and an unused corridor. Despite the low budget, opening the kitchen to the living room and repositioning the bedroom door was a smart move. The bathroom was enlarged and the bedroom became more useable. Changes in the layout and minimalist furnishings visually enlarged the space and a new kitchen brightened the apartment which was prepared for rent.
